South Florida consumers are too often victimized by businesses that conduct themselves unfairly and with deception. The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (“FDUTPA”) is purposed “to protect the consuming public and legitimate business enterprises from those who engage in unfair methods of competition, or unconscionable, deceptive, or unfair acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce.” Our law office represents and protects consumers and legitimate business enterprises who have been deceived. If a lawsuit is brought, we will seek damages and attorney’s fees under FDUTPA.
