Before working on personal injury cases, John was on the other side. He was a defense attorney for massive companies and influential people. “For a long time, I was on the other side of the aisle. I was an insurance defense attorney and I was defending large companies, other individuals who caused harm to others in personal injury type accidents which could be wrongful death claims, automobile accidents, in a variety of other different accidents,” John said.
But when he was putting up his own firm, he started to shift. “While I enjoyed my time representing those companies and working for insurance carriers, I also had some empathy for some of the victims in that cases too and when I opened my own office, I started representing these individuals who were harmed by others to their negligence and it’s really become a passion for me because these are victims who need help immediately, whose lives have been turned upside down by an event they really had no anticipation of and did nothing wrong and their wives have been harmed in significant ways and I find a lot of satisfaction in representing these people. That’s where my passion comes from,” John added.
